What is Polygnan?

Polygnan is a registered social enterprise founded in 2025, working to prepare Indian youth for the future of work. We bridge the gap between industry and academia through initiatives focused on mentorship, AI skilling, and entrepreneurship.

How did the EYFI Challenge originate?

EYFI grew out of YouStart, one of Polygnan's flagship programs, where students go through the real journey of an entrepreneur, building something and testing it out in the market. We've seen students go on to register their own startups, and others land internships they wouldn't have otherwise gotten a shot at.

Inside YouStart, one challenge stood out more than any other: earning a first real income in 30 days. Students found their own way in, freelancing, drop-shipping, running food stalls, even working at restaurants.

We received a lot of positive feedback from students and we could see their confidence shift, their communication and their ability to handle rejection grew. That's when we decided this couldn't stay a small part of a bigger program. It deserved to be its own challenge, run at a scale where any student, anywhere in India, could take it on.
